While I have physical addresses in Falmouth, ME, Siesta Key, FL, and Wakefield, MA, and Portsmouth, NH, I meet with people virtually only.
Online therapy is effective because it reduces barriers to access, supports consistency, and allows clients to engage in treatment from a familiar environment, which can enhance openness and clinical outcomes.
