Therapy for High-Achieving Women

You’ve built a life that looks successful from the outside—but inside, it can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and unsustainable.

You’re used to handling everything: your career, your responsibilities, your relationships, your family.

But the pressure to keep performing and holding it all together can lead to anxiety, burn out, and a feeling disconnected from your true self.

I’ve been there. You don’t have to keep doing this alone— I know, I’ve got you.

Many professional women struggle with:

Constant pressure to perform

Perfectionism

Fear of failure

Anxiety

Difficulty relaxing

Feeling unsuccessful despite outward success

Therapy for Working Moms

Balancing a career and motherhood can feel like managing two full-time lives at once.

You might find yourself:

  • Feeling guilty no matter where your attention is
  • Carrying the invisible mental load of your household
  • Running on exhaustion with little time to recharge
  • Questioning if you’re doing “enough” at work or at home
  • Losing touch with who you are outside of your roles

If you’re a working mom, the weight you’re carrying is real—and it’s heavy.

Therapy can help you step out of survival mode and into a more sustainable, supported way of living—where your needs matter too.

Therapy for Infertility, Fertility Stress & Women’s Mental Health

Struggling with infertility or fertility challenges can feel isolating, overwhelming, and emotionally exhausting—especially when you’re used to being someone who “handles things.”

You might be experiencing:

  • Grief, loss, or uncertainty around fertility
  • Anxiety during trying-to-conceive or treatment cycles
  • Emotional highs and lows each month
  • Difficulty seeing others’ pregnancies or milestones
  • Feeling like your body is failing you
  • Strain in your relationship or sense of identity

Therapy provides a space to process, cope, and find steadiness during an incredibly tender and complex experience. My own challenging road towards pregnancy, processing failed pregnancies, make infertility therapy an essential service to offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer varied hours for busy, female executives?

Yes. I work a sliding schedule and do my best to accommodate other women trying to make their calendar work.

Absolutely. Together, we focus on creating sustainable changes so you feel more balanced and less overwhelmed.

Yes. Therapy provides emotional support for women navigating infertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy loss, or reproductive challenges.

Therapy with me is direct, result driven, but includes deeper processing and psychoeducation. If you are a woman who struggles with any of the above— I have had these experiences myself, but am able to put them on the back burner (as a result of my own therapy), to best support you! Many of my female clients would say I keep a great sense of humor, which allows us to build a wonderful therapeutic relationship.

You Don’t Have to Keep Pushing Through
